I go in circles.


I am never still.


I get dizzy sometimes.


Everything around me becomes blurry.


Chains pull me down.


I dream about becoming completely still, but it is out of reach.

I am pure chaos.


Nothing about me is clear.


Everything is bleeding onto each other.


I feel there is hope but it is trapped inside.


I want to scream.


There is so much noise.


I feel overwhelmed.

My name is Meditation. I was born on July 2023, in Jeddah, in Majd's bedroom.



I am a vision.


My body is covered in warmth and heat.


I feel powerful and nurtured.


I walk on water.


At the end of the water, there is endless of treasure.


The treasure gives me abundance.


The water supports and cleanses me.


The purple sky provides me comfort and tranquility.


The green trees create shade and security.

I am a protector.


I nurture.


I create and give life.


I am calm.


I am oneness.


I am home.


I am strong enough to carry two.


I am light.


I have a big heart.

I am clear.


I am fire.


I am secure.


I lead consciously.


Everything about me is organized.


I am not strict.


I am in control.

I carry words of love.


My roots are sturdy.


My branches are growing.


Wind surrounds me, moving me gently.


My pain is moving and flying all around me.


As it moves, it heals.

I am wise.


I am an essence.


I feel deeply.


I am infinite.


I am space.


I am tranquility.


I am compassion.


I am at peace.

I put on a mask.


These are not my true emotions.


I am exhausted.


I cannot speak.


I can move my mouth but no words come out.


I am shutting down.


I am carrying unnecessary weight.


I am in pain.


I am melting away.

All my senses are heightened.


I am on the edge.

I am restricting myself from going further.


My body is going through the motions.


I am riding on endless waves.


There are multiple layers of depth within me.


Overflowing of emotions.


I feel something that is out of reach.

I am floating in between two places.


I am in the waiting mode.


I am simply existing in space.


I am carrying a heavy load.


A part of me is trying to sleep and forget.


While another wants to give up.


I am not floating alone.

I feel uneasy.


I am on edge.


A sense of ease is trying to peek in, but it is too quiet and small.


I feel stuck.


An overwhelming feeling is trying to overcome me.


My whole body is on alert.


I am waiting for a bomb to go off.
